"We recently purchased a townhome at Laird Estates, in Altoona. We had been looking for a townhouse for a few years, but just had not found what were looking for… We were not sure where we were going to find a townhouse, until a friend told us to check out the townhomes that Berkey Home Builders had for sale in Laird Estates.

 

We went to Tony’s open house that day and fell in love with the floor plan that Berkey had built. We really wanted to stay in the Altoona area, so it was a perfect fit for us: from the spacious bedrooms to the sun room, family room, spare bedroom, and bath downstairs; plus storage area!

 

The covered deck was perfect for us as well. We knew this was the townhome we had been looking for.

 

We are very thankful for Tony and Berkey for their help and guidance through the finishing of our “new home.”
