OUR WARRANTY PROCESS
When you build a Berkey Home, you'll be enrolled into our one year warranty program, as is typical with a new construction home.
Humans are not perfect (and humans built your house) so while we try to minimize any defects or issues when building a home, they are still bound to happen or may present themselves months after the house is lived in.
Our warranty covers repairs for most cosmetic/workmanship instances (ex: drywall nail pops, door/cabinet adjustments, loose floor board, drywall cracks...)

Normal wear and tear of living in your home is not covered (wall scuffs, changing light bulbs or batteries in smoke detectors, etc.) and for non-cosmetic items (plumbing, HVAC, or electrical) you should call the appropriate vendor on your vendor list.
We will reach out 6 months after your closing to touch base on your warranty items list and schedule something around month 11 to complete any repairs or touch-ups.
